The United States has handed over critical military supplies to Nigeria to support the country’s security operations.

The handover, which took place in Abuja, was announced by the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) on its X handle.

The delivery highlights the ongoing security partnership between the two countries, with AFRICOM stating that it reinforces the US commitment to collaborating with Nigeria on shared security concerns.

The US Mission in Nigeria was also notified of the development.
